Fluctuations is a traveling festival on the rivers of Europe that combines music, citizenship, and social and environmental issues.

A barge, both an artistic stage and an activist residence, sails on European rivers and deploys at each of its stops a kaleidoscopic festival with contemporary music concerts, citizens' assemblies, participatory workshops, a sustainable food court and a village of social and solidarity economy solutions.
